It’s been about a week since I posted any Dapple reviews, but we’ve had several since the last time I posted. I wanted to share them this morning:

• 148Apps (www.148apps.com) – 4.25 out of 5 stars – “It’s a fun new take on the color-matching formula that requires some new strategies and makes for loads of fun.”
• The10k.com (www.the10k.com) – 8.5 / 10 – “Dapple’s base game mechanic is deceptively simple but has multiple layers to it and is one of the best puzzle games yet available for the iPhone and iPod Touch.”
• The Married Gamers (www.themarriedgamers.net) – Rating: A – “I absolutely, positively love Dapple.” — The Married Gamers run a podcast. You can download the podcast at the link above by clicking on their logo in the middle of the page. The Dapple review is at the 19:30 mark.

I’m extremely pleased with all of these reviews. The 148Apps review, in particular, I think is quite a fair assessment of the game. I love the Married Gamers review of the game. Mrs. Lefty Brown (of the Married Gamers) obviously loved the game and her enthusiasm for it shines through in her review of it. I’m really pleased that she enjoyed the game so much.

In other news: still no Dapple Lite approval from Apple yet. I submitted it last Monday morning, so this is day 5, which makes me nervous. Dapple was approved in 4 business days, but maybe the approval process for free apps takes longer. Fear not: I will post news of its availability as soon as it happens!
